Hey guys!  In this quick little episode I talk about how shifting a conversation by removing something as simple as a word had such amazing and powerful results.  I think that in this day an age being open to this can really have a huge impact on us and society as a whole.

In tis episode I got to chat with a dad named Joshua Webster.  Josh is the husband and partner of Candice and the proud dad of Van and Margo.  He is a longtime(22 years!!)professional courier for a very large logistics company.  He has been playing music with his band Arms Bizarre for the past seven years which oddly enough has turned into a band of dads!  In this DADTALK we covered fatherhood, Christianity, the insane clown posse and so much more. In this dad talk episode I talk to a rad dad by the name of John Streit.  John is the proud father of a bright and energetic 3-year-old girl, Camden, and loving husband of Candace, his bride of six years. Today, John is the managing editor and writer for Operation Smile, one of the world’s largest surgical nonprofit organizations committed to providing cleft lip and cleft palate surgeries and creating solutions to bring safe surgery to people where it’s needed most around the world. He balances his family and work life with his passions for surfing, fishing and the outdoors. The interview took many twists and turns and many cold El Guapo IPAs were consumed but what turned out was truly a great experience!  I know y 'all will enjoy.
